This is an Elevator Type of Parking, wherein there is a Central Car Elevator which carries the Car from the Ground level on a Pallet and Parks it upto even 35 level to the Left or Right side. One of the major advantage of this System is, it occupies less Ground space and car Park lot of cars. It is most suitable, where land is scarcity and Authority accords permission to go beyond 50 mtrs in height. Generally it is Installed above ground, but if required some levels can be considered below the ground also. The Entrance and Exit based on the site condition can be at Ground level or can be at Ground level and Basement. A Turn table is provided at the Ground level so that Parking and Retrieving of Car without reversing is possible. In this model any Car from any level can be retrieved automatically without removing any of the cars from any level. The System can be customized to handle Sedan or SUV or a Combination of both. Varam Agv Based Automatic Car Parking System

This is a fully Automatic System, and the Vertical movement is by Lift which delivers the car to the particular floor. Every floor will have an AGV on which Trolley will be mounted. The AGV will not have any track nor any cable, it will move in both the direction and park the car in the respective slot. Once the lift delivers the car, it moves onto the next task, hence there is Parallel operation of the Lift and the Trolley. Hence the total time required to park or retrieve the car is very less and can be as low as 75 sec also. This is more suitable for upto 25 levels. The construction of the parking lot can be in Steel or Concrete or a combination of both. This system can be installed below ground or above ground, or some level below and some level above. This is more ideally suited for Apartments/ Commercial establishment/ Office space, where in more of number of cars are to be parked, but space is restricted. It is also more suitable for existing basement provided enough clearance on the height is available. Features: Sedan or SUV or a Combination of both can be Parked. Where space is a constraint, we can go with Sharing Pole, so that more cars can be accommodated.
